The Wyoming Plan Info

The Wyoming is a bright, inviting model. As you enter the hardwood foyer, a private study with double doors sits to the left. Down the hall is the half bath and family room with triple windows and optional fireplace. Adjacent is the roomy dining area with sliding glass doors. The spacious kitchen boasts a large center island, walk-in pantry, double sinks, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. On the other side of the kitchen is a big closet and mud room with access to the two car garage. A linen closet, laundry room and full guest bath sit atop an open second floor landing. Two guest rooms to the left and an additional guest room to the right all have excellent wardrobe space. None, however, are as amazing as the master suite with mega walk-in closet. This space is expansive and features a bathroom with an enormous double vanity, linen closet, and separate toilet area and tub/shower combo. Not a tub fan? Replace it with a deluxe shower! Needing more space? Consider finishing the basement!
