Upon graduation from The Citadel, he worked as a real estate appraiser before joining Robuck Homes. At Robuck Homes, Chip experienced many different facets of the home building business, starting as a Warranty Technician, moving on to work as a Building Superintendent then Production Manager before becoming General Manager. Chip, Shelly and Gerri all understand buying a home is a major investment. They believe there is no substitute for customer trust based on open communication, quality work, and follow-up service.
