Introducing The Rialto - A three bedroom, two and a half bath plan with loads of optional upgrades. On the ground level is the large great room with the choice to add a built-down coffered ceiling, fireplace and cabinets. Behind the great room is the den that could be used as an office, smaller fourth bedroom, or turned into a second patio. At the back of the house is the open layout kitchen with a large island and next to the dining area with access to the back patio with the benefit of adding a built-in cover. Upstairs is an open flex area perfect for movie nights. To one side is the large master suite with layout changes and upgrades available.
