Our VIP list for Allen's Mill Phase II is up to 400 names and growing. If you end up not getting a homesite for some reason, please know we have more communities on the way! Allen's Mill Phase I is sold out, however Phase II is planned for Spring 2022. Allen’s Mill is an outdoor sanctuary tucked away in Cave Springs with beautiful green space, a tranquil pond, neighborhood dog park, community pool, and playground. It’s located on the corner of Rainbow Road and West Shores Avenue, which is between HWY 112 and I-49 and less than 10 minutes from the Promenade Mall.
