The local ownership and operation of Paradiso Communities gives new homeowners the advantage of knowing their homebuilder and having local, hands-on assistance as they choose options for their new home. John Foley, Managing Partner John is a third generation native Nevadan. He has been in the construction industry since high school. He holds a B.S. in Logistics Management from The University of Nevada, Reno. John gained his experience in the construction industry with one of the largest locally owned builders in Northern Nevada and two of the largest builders in America. Providing new homes in the community is a career passion for John.
