The foundation of Schell Brothers is our culture of happiness. By sharing Happy Stories at company meetings - often held on the beach - and participating in BBQs, beach days, Turkey Bowls, and the always-creative Schelly Awards, we understand the importance of exercising our imaginations and having fun. Throwing parties is one of our favorite ways to truly connect with people and show our appreciation. We regularly host celebrations to honor homeowners, Realtors, employees, and trade partners. Our team can’t resist a community service opportunity. We roll up our collective sleeves to participate in bowling tournaments that benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters, playground restorations needed by local elementary schools, and Bras for a Cause performances featuring outlandish costumes that benefit cancer research.
