Great Customer service through out. My experience is with Windsor Cay Resort. Greg - Field manager always emailing updates, which is great since we are from another state. I have to mention Denise, Title company as well. Wonderful to work with. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Will work with Pulte in the future for sure!

WE were blessed to have Austin as our manager. He is a young man that is very mature. His practice is good communications, which I believe is the key to business. The results is no surprises and in our case a great house.

Pulte and the group of managers we worked with were amazing! We are loving our new home! My husband shared he doesn’t even miss our old home. Can’t wait to build many more memories in our new Pulte home. Stephen and Zach were solid and kind men. Thankful for our team in helping us with this new build. You can rely on them! From the sales office to the construction superintendent, it has been overall a great experience.

The team here at the enclave at parkway village (Taylor and Jimmy) did a great job keeping us abreast of the progress of our new home via weekly zoom calls and photos. Now that we have moved into our new home, the team continues to be responsive to any issues that came up. We love our new home!

We love Pulte Home, especially the Mercer floor plan! The master bedroom was incredible extra big area. The layout of each room and the set up was nice and big

The home is beautiful and we love it. But really what impressed me most was the people - Rachel who guided us through the buying process and patiently answered our ten million questions, and Michael the construction manager who so carefully went over all the aspects and features and need to know info of our new house. Both responded so quickly to questions and concerns. It has been an amazing experience.

Good houses, with lines and details with top quality finishes, in addition to how spacious and well distributed the houses are.
