Experience start to end was Good

I recently moved in my new Lennar home and it was a very simple process! I was kept informed and they have a real system for customers to easily buy their home. Jimmy has been a great help following up on minor issues!

The whole team with Lennar made the homebuying process very easy and enjoyable. From the initial sales group, to the personal Concierge and the contractor, they were all amazing to talk to and work with through the entire process. buying a property is a big investment and you want to make sure you get the best value for the price, paired with a seamless buying experience. Lenar made the buying decision and process easy with great customer service, good prices and quality properties. Only caveat- their lending services that could be better.

I financed with Lennar Mortgage, they helped with the best interest rate possible at that time. Home built quality is good. Service requests are attended promptly and timely resolutions are provided.
