I was impressed with the level of detail the builder gave to the house to make it my ideal dream home. The process was smooth and all minor issues were addressed during the final walk-through or within our 30-day grace period. Lennar is a great builder and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home with technology and great house fixtures.

product-It was a great experience to work with the team, on line notification for update process is very helpful, timeline was accurate, provided great materials, good to have GE appliances and Carrier AC unit. This is my second property at the same community. Their processes and service went downhill. Quality is not as good as my first property. For example, floor, countertops, details to finish the house to mention a few. Also, they didn't include features that I got from the first house in order to 'save' a few dollars. A month later, I still requesting new services claiming warranty of some issue. By the way, my first home was bought on 07/23 and the second home on 05/24. So, there's not even a year of difference.

Great builder, the materials of the house are very good, the kitchen appliances are equipped, and even the washing machine and dryer are included,The blinds of the all windows have also been installed,And the security system of the “ring” is also equipped。

Quality of the products is below the asked price. For example: poor quality flooring tiles, cabinets quality are terrible. Some terminations are very sloppy. Definitely needs better quality productos and attention to details.

Bought new home. Overall happy with home, but things to be aware of. 1. AC system was undersized by 1 Ton. Took a month to get someone to acknowledge, believe and do something about. 2. Yard wasnt levled and prepared correctly. One whole back corner wasnt cut down and mowed until days before close. It is a sinkhole now, waiting for this to be fixed almost 2 months after close. 3. Attic insulation was shorted by 4"-6" - how is this missed at inspections? 4. Quality of some items is less than builder grade 5. From a construction standpoint, the house was pretty well built. I’ve been here for roughly 3 months now and I’ve had barely any issues. As far as the sales standpoint, my real estate agent was able to work closely with Paul and get the deal done in a timely manner The only drawback I had was with the Mortgage department within Lennar. They were unethical aspects that occurred during my Purchase because there was a huge rush to get my home closed by February 28th. We moved into our home a month ago. House seems well built but Lennar fails in the attention to detail to make the experience great. My home was given to me with overgrown lawn, many issues found before closing were fixed well beyond instead of before as promised. Devices in the home had no instructions as boxes were thrown away, documents we needed to set up smart devices. Customer services tends to behave as if they’re doing you a favor by fixing things that should’ve been working to begin with. No complaints about the house itself but the treatment and attention to detail has room to grow.

I didn’t have a good experience because the sales person Eileen was never available to answer any questions or concerns. She wasn’t very professional and that ruined my whole experience as a first time home buyer. I was even looking forward to a picture at closing but I couldn’t even get that, everything was rushed and stressful. And moving in I have many issues. The dishwasher wasn’t working, the stair way carpet is a mess, I have a cabinet broken on the inside. So overall its not a great experience for me.

Our sales person was jolly and happy but ill-prepared from beginning to end. Uninformed, unresponsive, fragmented answers, and less willing to help after closing. I am not surprised as she already made her commission!! Workmanship was a joke. Unsquared rooms, unleveled walls, irregular tile grouting, dings on appliances, and other minor flaws. No one cared to do a quick inspection before calling us to inspect. Zero quality control. Post-sale repairs are also another joke. As a fristime homebuyer, the sale associate, the lender and Lennar overall made the experiences tedious and difficult. The lack of communication, attention, and assistance during the process were unbelievable.

The communication with Lenar and especially with the saleswoman was terribly bad, no one gave us an answer to our questions, the communication was a disaster, in addition to the delivery many novelties and low quality products.

Very poor quality. They show you a model home, then drop the bomb on you, it don't come with this and that, bait and switch. Put cabinets in with NO knobs to open them with. Much much more.

The only good experience about this entire process was Jean and Kim. The lender was a terrible experience. The builder started out nice but after the close didn’t really care anymore. Still waiting on promised items. With me buying the flagship house first one on the corner at the entrance of the neighborhood you would think I would be the last client you would want to treat bad. Your reputation is on the line and word of mouth is everything.
