Alvin's son Jeffrey Schwartz is now owner and president of JS Homes. With 35 years of experience and over 3,000 homes built, Jeff started as a laborer working his way up the ranks to develop an understanding of the building process and a healthy respect for the teams of skilled people behind each and every JS home. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Jeff also dedicates time and resources to building homes and towns for people in need throughout the world. JS Homes is committed to supporting our local philanthropic organizations and the larger community in need.
