DiVosta was very good to work with and even though the entire process took much longer than anyone wanted it to, they delivered a high quality home that probably exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them based on our experience.

We were very lucky to build our dream house by DiVosta. From the time that we just started to select the model of the house to the time when we closed the house it was really an unbelievable experience. My sales consultant Faith has been there for me for every step of the process. She went beyond and above her professional duties working with us, which is just remarkable! My construction manager Pat has been responsive and attending while building the house in a very difficult climate of shortages with building materials and workforce. He made me fill that I can trust the building process completely. The management personnel has been involved when certain things needed to be addressed. The Director of Sales Carissa has demonstrated that entire DiVosta organization really cares to make the home buyers happy by attending to any issues that might rise during the building process. The closing of the house has been as smooth as one can only imagine. Leslie made the process really personalized, so it fell completely trustworthy. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and tremendous respect for the entire staff of the DiVosta organization working at the different departments of this huge corporation, and yet managing to make the process very personalized for its customers! During the whole process of construction, every detail was attended. As a new home owners we are very happy with the result for this wonderful experience.

Bill was so easy to work with, and he made the whole experience seamless..We were out of state while our house was being built, and he kept us informed the entire time and truly knows his stuff. Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. She always returned our phone calls promptly and was honest with her answers. She is a great example of someone who believes in your company and promotes your brand to us, the customer! Everything is good , good service, good quality

We especially enjoyed working with our Field Manager during the construction phase. Even though he was overwhelmed with responsibility, he made our project seem extremely important and went out of his way to take time and answer any and all questions we had. It was a pleasure working with all departments involved in this building process!

The whole team was very professional and responsible throughout the purchase, building, and closing process. We loved working with our wonderful sales person, she alway responded and helped us with whatever concerns we had. Even after the closing they assign a manager to fix every little detail that you may not be happy about. They made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.
