The quality of people that we have had the pleasure to work with during the selection and purchase of our new home has really been great. Tim, Tessa and Ashlee have all been knowledgeable professionals, very courteous and patient. When we would ask them to do something for us or have a question, they were always prompt and courteous in their response. Great people doing a great job!

I love my new home. I am 77 years old and recently widowed. I was fortunate to be able to buy a house under construction. My construction manager, Shanette, and salesman, Stephen, we're very pleasant to work with. When there was a last minute delay with my closing, with Jason's help,, Pulte was very fair to me. My only complaint is trying to get some minor repairs done now that I am in my house. But this community is so welcoming and I am so happy to be here.

The home buying experience is good at Trinity Falls. Quality is ok, thin walls and old persons step of death in front of garage aside, the overall buying was good. Pulte is relentless in trying to upsell you on insurance, financing , etc is relentless. But they're nice about it.

Just know what you see in the Model Homes most are upgrades. Be prepared for a Designer Studio visit.

I have been very disappointed with the response for warranty work. My garage door does not work properly. Was reported two or three weeks ago - still no response from the garage door people.

It appears that some materials were not up to the upgrade we thought we would have. Also, due to delays on other items, it appears some work such as carpet installation should have been delayed until the cabinets were installed. Also, having an issue with the upgraded tile we chose for the house. It appears to be substandard and chipping for no apparent reason.

Terrible response to calls on big plumbing problem. It was egnored and resulted in many other problems in house. After 7 weeks still dealing g with it.

Pete, Jason & Chad were great to work with. My only negative experience was with the title company who were not proactive or responsive & did not offer any type of celebratory moment on closing as other title companies do. This is a HUGE investment and there was no recognition from them of the significance of this. Pete and Chad made it a great experience. The only reason for a 4 versus a 5 rating was the experience with the title company. Great in all other areas!

Overall i had a great experience buying the home, One negative thing i like to point out that the salesperson was too negative and and every issue ,in my opinion very minor, like change of paint color and change of closing date, raised was almost a major violation of contract.

Sales encouraged me to select a hilltop lot with a great view - feels like living on a golf course! Workmanship, construction manager were superior. 30 day inspection items were quickly taken care of. Impressive!

It is possible to buy even in these times. You will be pleased that you did. Value is there in your purchase so you will make money should you need to sell in the future. Del Webb is very reputable.

There is quality build from the ground up. We visited the build site often and were impressed by the attention to detail and the quality workmanship

The neighbors are so nice and thoughtful in this age restricted community. This is my 4th home by Del Webb.

Question is would I buy from this builder again and the answer is you bet I would.

Multiple issues being found which are getting fixed as I am finding them

Great responsiveness and quality from Manny and Matt. Pulte was pretty inflexible but the people overcame this.

I am very pleased with my home. Be aware that the buyer has zero say so on landscaping. You are allowed to make multiple decisions and give input on your home, but you have no input on your landscape. You have to wait till you move in and request HOA approval before you can replace anything. My yard was full of small holes, very uneven. Landscaping was and still is a disappointment.

The Del Webb new home buying experience would have been only three stars based on the extended time required, due to product availability, to complete the house. We increased the rating to 4 stars due to the building manager, James, who is outstanding in his follow up and making certain any issues were addressed and corrected. This is our third Pulte house and overall, we are very pleased with Pulte and our purchases.

We are very satisfied overall with our home. Our builder was always very responsive and was able to answer all our questions and address any thing we brought up. Our sales person, however, did not always tell us the truth but skated around Our questions at times.

The sales contact Mark was very helpful through the early process. We may have missed out of some of the normal sales flow because this was a "spec" house with no customization possible and the last house in the phase available. The compressed timeframe from initial signing to closing put pressure on all phases but that was Pulte's decision, not us forcing it to happen that fast. I think we missed a lot of opportunity to learn things as we went along because of that. The mortgage loan process was exasperating especially the income verification portion with having to repeatedly provide essentially the same information and the list of "fees" being endless. The initial contact with Levon and the closing were the only bright spots in the process. The walk throughs were lacking some details about specific systems that proved to make learning more difficult than it should. We've never received a manual for our thermostat which we requested multiple times. We've have a few quality problems with electrical systems but have managed to work those out. William, our warranty contact has been great and helped us a lot. The design of the house, given that this is a Del Webb over 55 community, leaves something to be desired with high sink counter tops and very little obviously done for the target age group but nothing causing a major problem so far. We are happy with the house and the community and would recommend it to others who want something with much less hustle and bustle, many fewer cars, lots of social activities and neighbors who are very friendly. ... My construction manager, Allie, was always availablle to assist me and explain any problems that popped up.

The construction process while long, went very smoothly which I attribute to our two construction managers, Joe and James. They were very quality oriented and made sure all the subcontractors were doing what should be done. The sales process could be improved and make sure you read and understand the Pulte/Del Webb contract as it is very one-sided and not a normal real estate purchase contract that you may have used in any previous purchase you may have had. You will end up being forced to use their TItle and Escrow company and pay for things you've never paid for before.
