I retired 2 years ago. My plan was to sell my home and move across the country to be closer to my daughter. Upon my visit, I found Sun City Peachtree. The moment I set eyes there, I knew this is where I want to live out the rest of my life. I called, scheduled a tour, was welcomed by Sales Agent, Mark, who took my daughter and I on a lovely tour riding in a golf cart! Mark was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and explained the process to me. Gave us a voucher to have lunch at the golf course restaurant. The food was five star quality! The tour of the homes was outstanding with so many styles of homes to choose from. I made my selection and was able to see the progress of my home being built online. The entire process was very easy, with no major hiccups. Close to completion, I met David, who was the head person handling the building of my home. David was also kind, patient, and was happy to answer any questions asked. Long story short, I'm very pleased with the staff I encountered. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I have to tell you, everyone I encountered in person, phone, or email was very professional, easy to contact, responsive and just pleaseant. Even the residents we met during the tour were very warm and friendly. They were sharing their own experiences and informing me of all the social activities here. I am looking forward to checking those out after I get my beautiful house in order! I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new home! What a blessing this has been for me and my daughter who lives not too far from Sun City Peachtree. She's happy that her mom is just a stones throw away! Our experience with building a home in Sun City Peachtree was excellent primarily because of our construction manager David. This is the sixth home we've owned across the U.S. and the second time we've built one in a 55+ community, and David's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, follow through, and customer-oriented attitude were all exceptional throughout the entire construction process.

Project Manager provided timely updates.

My experience with Del Webb homes sales was excellent The builder's team is great they walked me through every step. Help was there when I needed it most.

Make sure that you use a mortgage company that will give you great interest rates and cash incentives.

Our construction manager was very friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. His name is Brad O'Brien and he was a really nice guy.

Russ took over as our construction manager midway through the build and kept us in the loop with a weekly report of what was happening at our house, including pictures. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns as well.

I work with Mark in the sales office. He was always courteous and helpful during the buying process. Once the building started I work Zach and left the company. I was assigned a new buildings mgr, Russ. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I was going through the buying and building process again, I would love to work with Mark and Russ. They were outstanding!

Brad our contractor did a GREAT JOB, We were in Arizona the whole time our house was built and Brad gave us weekly reports. He also did a great job explaining everything during our walk thru.

Del Webb homes for the money per square foot is a good deal for a brand new home. The communities they build in are moderate size and not over crowded. The amenities are abundant. You will be proud to bring family and friends into the subdivision. It's great for the active senior as well for the working 55 year old looking for a safe, comfortable and peaceful community.

I found this property out of luck and I am so glad that I was led here by God. Everyone that I came into contact with was very professional and did what they said they were going to do. My home is everything that I imagined it would be. From the salesman, to the builder, to the closing…it all were effortless.

The builder was just a text message away and concern was completed or addressed within 24 hours

Long process, but worth it in the end.

Craig did a great job of keeping me informed with weekly updates as construction progressed, including pictures. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

Although I purchased a model home, the company addressed every issue in a timely manner and was very professional. The whole team, from Sales to Service acted as if I was there only customer. I moved from LaGrange where I had lived for 40 years. This was not an easy move personally, but this team along with my realtor made it seem so easy. My house is perfect and I love it! Thank you to all that were involved in welcoming me to my new dream home!

Our sales person was Bryan and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. David was our key builder from start and then he came back to finish our home. David was terrific! David was very friendly, approachable, and communicative. It was hard for us living in Michigan while our home was under construction but David kept us up to date on everything.

The entire process was smooth and everyone including the workers were polite and professional. The same respect that was shown to me was obvious in their attention to the details of their craftsmanship. The on site representation was always professional and open to criticism and of course compliments. Well done Team !!!

Our smooth-sailing sales experience built immediate trust, made it feel “meant to be” so that we made a 48-hour decision to build on a delightful lot. We moved from another out-of-state Del Webb community. Our builder patiently handled our many questions, and spent generous amounts of time with us all along the build cycle. By Closing date, he had the house fine-tuned to our requests. We are very pleased with our new home, and we are enjoying living within it.

We were thinking 'downsize' like our parents. Shouldn't have thought like that because we really like this home and the neighborhood!
