Mike our construction manager was very good. He went above and beyond Ty Mike and Frank with the repairs as well.

Our entire experience was easy. All information was made available to us, all of our questions were answered and any issues were taken care of, almost immediately. There were no "hidden" or extra costs. This was our 5th home buying experiencing and our 1st new build. We retained a trusted realtor to represent us and that made the whole experience even easier.

After being in our last home for 33 years, it was time to move to something newer and enjoy retirement. Searching around the middle of Florida, we found Del Webb communities in quite a few locations. We liked what we saw, and finally bought in Stone Creek near Ocala. Although not a 'custom' builder, Del Webb offers a large selection of interesting options to allow us to make it 'ours' from the start. Our salesman, Bruce, was just all-around great; he really knew what we might want, and that's what we got. Construction time was less than we expected, and now in our new home for 9 weeks, we are delighted! Any issues we've had (few and small) were addressed quickly and professionally by a great team of Chase and Matthew. As one of the first homes to be finished in our new neighborhood, we have to contend with construction activity, but bicycling around our other finished neighborhoods we know how nice it will be very soon. The buying and build phase was seamless thanks to our salesman, Darrin and our construction supervisor, Michael. Quality of home is good. Only a couple of service requests thus far and they were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction. Warranty contact, Debbie, even stopped by to check on completion of work.

Kudos to Angela, Richard, and Gustavo for 110% effort given before, during and after construction. Everyone doing their jobs, honestly above and beyond. We appreciate they're professionalism and attention to detail.

Our salesperson Bruce was always available to answer questions. He was very professional, highly attentive, and knowledgeable- an asset to your company.

From the start to finish, we had the best new home purchase experience ever, we’ve had several new homes over the year. Darren, our sales representative was a true pleasure, he’s honest and so easy to understand, Darren is the best! This is the first time, I truly enjoyed all the steps in my new built house process, from beginning to closing. It started with the welcoming Front Desk lady, JoAnn M., then the professional, knowledgeable Salesman, Darren M., to the caring Pulte closing lady, Deborah J., and most important, along my entire build process, my Construction Manager, Mike M., whose attention-to-detail and knowledge on all matters, educated me and kept me informed every step of the way with photos, through my house completion. The entire build process felt like I was the only person buying a house in Stone Creek, which is far from that, and I sincerely appreciate it. I previously looked at other 55+ communities in Ocala, and Stone Creek is by far, the only country club style living, without the country club prices. I absolutely love my new home ! Love the community and the residents are exceptionally friendly. Buying a house is scary and having one built doubled the fear of the unknown. The staff at Pulte mortgage were very caring , compassionate and helpful. They alleviate your fears with wisdom and compassion. No hard sell just helpful suggestions. Love the experience with my sales team allen my project mgr Mateo and my design team Nikki . A couple of suggestions: have an option to have medicine cabinets in bathrooms, and it would be nice to have your team also follow up to make certain you are happy in your new home … more interaction with client after they got your money would be advisable… just keeps the good vibes going and insures you made the right choice . Have a list of vendors who service the community available, ie, landscaping, lanai builders , painters etc . As a new Floridian - it would be helpful! ... More

Our salesman Bruce worked very well with us. There were no hidden surprises. The project manager, Mike R. & Gordon who were responsible for building our home were right on the spot answered all our questions help us out with any issues we had. I highly recommend Stone Creek for anybody interested in living in Ocala.

This move was difficult for me. Richard understood immediately. He had house in great condition and made sure I understood all the details required to take good care of my new home. He is a courteous and patient asset for DelWebb

Love my home, the only thing I would improve on is the warranty department can be pretty slow and in some cases none responsive

Definitely a very easy process to get from start to finish on my house.

On the recommendation of a friend, engaged a third party Home Inspector. That turned out to be good. I talked to a few others, who didn't do that, who had many complaints about imperfections. Pulte could improved their quality assurance. Still there is one issue with the garage door; while closing, the door goes back up, but second time it closes. couldn't find any obstructions. Warranty department says this is not a warranty issue. Found one broken electricity box behind the Lanai ceiling light; wires with caps left in the ceiling. Could cause an electrical spark. SHortage of skilled workers may be an issue in both cases ... More

I purchased a quick move-in home. The process went smoothly and every square inch of the property was inspected.

Our experience was excellent. Our construction manager John was the best. He took his time and went over all that we needed to know on our new home. He made a point to follow up with us to make sure all was well.

The entire sales process was simple and easy. All the people we had to interact with were knowledgeable about the product they were selling and nice to deal with. Five stars..

You need to understand going in that Pulte is not a custom home builder. With that said the overall experience was good our construction manager was the best (Jeff). We love our new home

I was able to choose all the options I wanted for my home and am very pleased with the quality of my choices. The only thing I would change, is that I chose to leave the extra part of my lanai uncovered. Because there is nothing behind me or on the side, I get a lot of wind and rain from 2 directions. So I am going to pay to have a solid roof put over that area and then the entire lanai screened to avoid wind and rain damage to my outside furniture, and make sure that no rain comes in my house if I leave the windows on that side open, It's more expensive, but sturdier than just a birdcage over that area. If I had it to do over, I would have had the entire area included under the roof when the house was being built. ... More

The entire process with a new home purchase at Del Webb Stone Creek (DWST) was an exceptional experience. The communication and support from the DWST Team was professional, personable and customer focused. The DWST Team were always timely in their follow up and follow through especially since I was physically 1300 miles from the new home site. The sales/marketing phase with Allen was the foundation of my purchase with knowledgeable and insightful explanations. The Design Studio Experience with Nicki was outstanding in choosing the interior decor. Gordon, my assigned Construction Manager, sent a weekly update including photos of the building stages. I chose Pulte Mortgage for financing with support, guidance and understanding expertly provided by Kirby and Michelle. The entire DWST and Pulte Team realize that they are not only in the construction business but in the people business. I now have a quality built home that was a solid value in comparison with others in the 55+ market. This was my third new home construction experience in my life and certainly the best. ... More
