Some minor issues but they have been handled timely.

Overall a great experience. One suggestion for new buyers: When working the "Options List" go through each item, whether you wanted it or not. Ask questions. When done: do it again! After the second time, take a walk through a few models, look at samples again. Maybe even come back the next day (you will be pooped I assure you). Then go through the list a third time! Check and re-check. Once your house is designed, just wait until work starts!!!! Amazing how quickly it goes up and how well it is constructed. Amazing the state of the art things that are built in, many you would not even see if you never visited construction and talked with Field Manager. Alec, mine, is amazing. And even now, almost 2 months after it became mine, he stops in to see how thinks are going and answer any more questions. Even now I have one wall switch I have not found what it controls. Impressed with the experience having our Centex home built. Outstanding site manager. Very good quality homes at a good value. Downside with Centex homes is many home features are an option which is good for those who prefer to buy a basic home and do their own upgrades.

Race was unbelievable!! He consistently sent us pictures on the progress of our hone (we lived out of state). Honored all the little items that were remiss and jumped on fixing them immediately! He truly is a great asset to this development.

The entire Pulte team from the first interaction To now has been pleasant and positive Everyone is very responsive and works to resolve are issues in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful friend Manager named Blake who was super responsive and so helpful while we had our home build 750 miles away. It was a great experience.

Alena was most helpful, courteous, and exceedingly willing to explain all aspects of what the builder offers. Always courteous with my phone calls while I was still in Virginia. Even after I finally moved in my new home, she still helped me with questions I had. Ryan also offered excellent service with a sheet mirror that had scratches and ordered a replacement. It was replaced within 7 days. Never did either employee feel interrupted when I contacted them with questions. I have to say that they are two of the main reasons that I feel that I made the right decision to move to Bradford Pointe.

Still new here, but so far everything seems great! Supposedly I have 9 or 10 months to bring up any issues. So I’ll know more then.

s that have risen up in my first months of moving my new home have been great. If there was any kind of problem they were fixed in better then a timely fashion. In fact one night I couldn't get my garage to function correctly and Patrick saw me trying to remedy the problem, Stopped to say he say a few other doors that had the same issue. Socket in hand it was fixed in no time at all. Watching the garage door contractor came in handy.......BTW It was north of 7PM. All is good on my end. As long as you keep good employees it will continue I love it here

Really enjoying my new home. Centex was great to work with and built a quality home.

We decided to buy new rather than resale and are very pleased with our new Centex home. There have been a few small issues (as there always are) that have been addressed but nothing major. The buying process was easy and the house is of a great quality. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

The Centex Rep Race was beyond exceptional and went the extra mile for us.

The best advice I can give is to follow your instincts and ask lots and lots of questions about anything you don’t understand. Overall we are happy with our new home and enjoyed the home buying/building process with center. Great experience!!!

The house is good. Very disappointed with the quality of some of the material used.. Especially the quality of paint used. You used the cheapest paint possible. With what we paid for this house I expected better. We've had to deal with a double door going to outside that was not installed properly. Took three weeks to fix and the damage caused by fixing the door which resulted in flooring replaced and drywall and painting. But, it was fixed satisfactory.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with and everything was on time and communicated. We have had a handful of issues in our home and we are still waiting to hear back. We have water damage on our window sill, one of our windows need to be replaced, and also our bottom lock to one of our doors does not match our key. Everything else has been great though.

Not happy with the responses to issues that I have had since moving into my home

My buying experience was excellent, Not impressed with the quality of building materials, appears to be a rush job in so many areas from pouring of cement to inside walls, a little touch on walls it smudges,outside light above garage continues to be loose have shown it to the young lady 2X,huge hunks of rocks were all over yard. Overall just a rush job to get these homes on the market.

The home buying experience in its self was great. Now that I’m in the home and finding things that are just unacceptable on the workmanship end. Then there is the hassle of getting these items fixed.

We had minor adjustments and Harrison was very good at responding to them in a proffesional manner.
