We purchased our Centex home during the construction process. We toured it frequently & met with our construction manager. All concerns were addressed right away & we have a well built beautiful home. We have been very pleased with the entire process. Everyone in the sales office, mortgage company, insurance company & construction staff were very professional, kind & helpful. We love our new home.

From the initial greeting and assistant provided in the model center with Mark; to the on-site construction manager Steve being accommodating and thorough in his quality checks; to Brittany provide her customer service that was kind and responsive; the entire process was a breeze. On celebration day, I was welcomed with a literal red carpet and a welcome home sign on “Celebration Day” (closing day) that solidified that I made the right choice. I really want to thank my field manager Steve Nacca he resloved all my issues with extra care, the one thing I liked about steve is he very passionate in what he is doing, he make sure customer is happy and that is the reason he even replies to your calls and text late nights 11PM.

Buying the home was seamless and without any issues from the initial purchase contract with Valen, who explained my purchase options fully and assisted in the selection of the upgrades. When the construction started, Dan and Shane kept me updated weekly and answered all my questions fully on all phases of the construction. From feedback from others, the construction is exceptional. Customer service is exceptional, and the few issues after moving in have been taken care of immediately and professionally. Highly recommend PULTE/CENTEX homes.

Centex gives you lots of options to customize your home before the build process. Other builders did not offer this, what they built is what you got.

We were blessed with a very impressive young man who was our field manager Brian Wolford. He was very respectful to us . Very patient with our questions, keeping us informed through the entire process of the building of our home and always on top of every step being carried out on time and with perfection. He treated the building of our home as if it was going to be his. We love our home. The quality is superb and each day we love our home more and more.

What I like about Centex Is the time and effort this contractors put in these homes Day take pride in their work And that's what makes that An amazing home I drove around I saw other subdivisions But the quality was not there there was no effort But when you come to see the Centex Work you actually see the difference That's what caught my eye Thank you for the amazing work in my home.

Centex appears to pride themselves in ensuring to have qualified caring workers. It was a pleasure working with John the construction manager of my home. He explained the process to me. He answered all my questions. He made sure to provide me pictures and updates on my home on a weekly basis. Any issues he made sure to tell me about them before I found out on my own. Quality was extremely important to him and he stressed quality of important to Centex. So anything I asked for to push up the timeline of closing was always not at the expense of quality.
