Overall, our home experience was better than what we expected. Sara did an AWESOME job providing us with weekly updates and pictures to show us our progress. Jeff did a fantastic job making sure all the right touches had been added to our house. Due to Covid we did have some delays in which was out of every ones control. Our house was well worth the wait and was built with quality.

This was my first time building a home, I was very nervous about the process. Chris was so helpful, informative, and transparent. Awesome experience, incredible service, and attention to detail.

The overall buying experience was great. Sara at the model home is wonderful to work with and very good at what she does. We bought in 2020 which came with a year-long crisis no one expected. It was a frustrating process - delay after delay. It took a year for our home to reach completion. During the process, Bloomfield Homes excelled in keeping an open line of communication. They worked hard to get us through every issue that presented itself. Once we moved into our home it met all of our expectations. It was well worth the wait. The level of care that Bloomfield places in craftsmanship and quality is what stood out the most. Great process. Easy from start to finish. Patrice Hopkins is amazing with updates and helping pick out designs and colors for the interior. Chuck Mathes made sure everything was up to standards and fixed everything right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me build our house.

Even though my process was longer than usual. However, Jeff (manager) and builder (Matt) were extremely helpful , professional taking action promptly . This is my first home, and Im totally happy with Bloomfield Home

Bloomfield had the most intelligently designed floor plans that were thoughtful in layout and utilized all available spaces to maximize living and storage along with "flow"....especially the Magnolia, which is our model. The finishes that were standard with Bloomfield were additional with other builders, so we really feel that we received great value for the price. We opted for a number of upgrades, but never felt "nicked and dimed" in that process. Our project manager, Jordan, was a real partner who took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked to help balance what we envisioned with what was possible within the boundaries of a semi-custom home build. On a sunny Saturday morning, my wife and I were looking at new build subdivisions in Northern Dallas. We had done some preliminary research and decided to give 380 a look. We made appointments with a few builders in a few different subdivisions. The difference maker was Patrice. She made us feel welcome and was super transparent about everything. Patrice is so knowledgeable, organized, efficient, kind and most of all about business. She was patient with us and guided us through the process of building our home. As a result of her help, we found the right house at the right price for us. Bill, our project manager, took a personal interest in the success of our project and made us feel like extended family. We moved into our new Bloomfield home on October 16, 2020. Every aspect from start to finish was outstanding. Our sales person, Sara Braden, was knowledgeable, informative, and not at all pushy. Our house is absolutely perfect, and the few warranty issues we have had have been handled quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this builder.
