At the age of 21, Kevin Moody, the lead builder at UrbanCraft Homes, began his career in home construction. As an architecture student at Georgia Tech, Kevin made the courageous decision to design and build unique homes in Peachtree City, an Atlanta suburb.

    Kevin Moody Custom Home Designs grew out of this endeavor. Kevin built more than 200 homes in Peachtree City over the course of ten years, earning him the title of Builder of the Year from the Homebuilders Association. Kevin's career after Peachtree City includes designing and building homes in the North Georgia Mountains, Midtown Atlanta, and Brookhaven.

    Kevin's career sent him to Atlanta's eastside seventeen years ago. Kevin has constructed over 400 homes in Kirkwood, Eastlake, and Decatur, earning a reputation for quality, dependability, and a fast grin. Kevin lives on the east side, and you're likely to see him at a local grocery shop, restaurant, or neighborhood festival.
